Quantity Surveyors (Full Time and/or Permanent Part Time)

Established Quantity Surveying firm based in Parramatta requires Sydney-based qualified Quantity Surveyors with local experience to fill full-time and/or permanent part-time positions.

The Role

The role involves working in teams to undertake the financial management of various types of construction projects including:

• Cost planning
• Assessing and certifying Builder’s progress claims
• Financier Reports
• Establishing and developing Client relationships at all levels and helping to build the business.

Skills & Experience

• Degree qualification in Construction Management & Property or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience with a professional Quantity Surveying firm
• Strong estimating focus and construction documentation experience
• Excellent organisational ability and time management skills
• Ability to manage workflows efficiently and meet deadlines
• Commitment to a high level of Client satisfaction
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Good work ethic, self-motivated, leadership skills including the ability to lead a team, support and mentor junior staff and contribute to overall team goals.
