I am a sole trader who provides sub-consultancy services to other NSW/WA QS practices or is engaged directly by the client. (Primarily from NSW and WA).

I commenced my career in 1978 working on site for contractors and have been working as a client side QS for 38 years.

I have held a number of positions over the years including directorships in QS practices and working as a project manager.

Based in Perth, I also service the Eastern States where I worked for over 30 years and where I still continue to maintain many client relationships.

I offer the full suite of cost consultancy services including traditional quantity surveying, providing expert witness reports, tax depreciation services, feasibility studies and portfolio reviews.

I am a Certified Quantity Surveyor with The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS, CQS). I am also a member of the AIQS Expert Witness Panel and have provided my expert opinion to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) and the Supreme Court. In addition, I have provided my expert opinion in connection with numerous matters which were settled prior to court/tribunal proceedings.

I am a member of the AIQS NSW Defect Rectification Costs Panel and have utilised my skills and experience in this area to identify the costs of rectifying defects on numerous projects.
