During this webinar Glenn Crisp will provide a practical guide to head contract administration. Glenn will discuss current complex clauses while providing a visual example to demonstrate the intended purposes for which the clauses are designed. In addition, Glenn will highlight the stringent role and onus on the Contractor in dealing with typical 'industry' head contracts.

The webinar will also provide a review the tenets of Part 4 of the Design and Building Practitioners Act (DBPA), which imposes a duty on every person who carries out construction work to exercise reasonable care to avoid economic loss caused by defects in or related to a building for which the work is done; and arising from the construction work. Case studies will be presented to support these concepts. Glenn will also touch upon long-tail liabilities on contractors, with a focus on indemnities.
