About the panellists:
Ms Amanda Ng (Moderator)
Amanda is the Head of Cost Control at Frasers Property for their mega mixed-use project, One Bangkok. She drives and implements the Cost & Commercial (QS) strategy, policies, and procedures and collaborates with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful completion of the project. She is the current President of the AIQS International Chapter Region 1, and Chairwoman of the AQST Management Committee.
Mr Kattiya Rangseepanya
Kattiya holds the position of Commercial Director for Bouygues Thai Company Limited. He is also the current Executive Director for AQST. With extensive knowledge in the construction industry spanning close to 30 years, he has been involved in all aspects of construction. He graduated from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Lad Krabang in Civil Engineering degree and moved on to take on various roles such as Design Engineer and Project Manager before moving into cost management both pre and post contract works. He has cost managed small fit outs to premium mixed use projects.
Mr Andrew Brady FAIQS, CQS
Andrew is the Managing Director at GRC. He has extensive industry knowledge and specialist expertise in risk management, cost control, dispute resolution, contract advisory and value management services. Andrew is the youngest person appointed to the AIQS National Board and is the current National President of AIQS. Andrew is also a member of national and international BIM committees and has experience as a Green Star accredited professional.
Mr Peter Ng FAIQS, CQS
Peter is the Chairman and Founder of Beria Consultants Limited, which is an independent quantity surveying firm employing over 200 people with offices in Hong Kong, Chengdu, Macau, Shenzhen and Sydney. He has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry and is particularly proficient at handling costing, quantity surveying, project management and assessment of claims. Peter is the Past President of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors International Chapter Region 1.
Mr Seth Leong MAIQS, CQS
Seth is the Managing Director of Mentabuild (formerly Arcadis Thailand) - a market leading construction consultancy firm established in 1984, providing Construction Cost & Commercial Management (Quantity Surveying), Project & Construction Management and Environmental Advisory Services with 130+ staff and a portfolio of over 1,000 projects.
