About the speakers:


Cameron Waters
Estimating Manager, ADCO Constructions

With over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Cameron has honed his skills across a diverse range of sectors including education, health, commercial, and residential. His journey includes senior roles with both Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, as well as client-side Quantity Surveyors. Cameron’s expertise lies in cost planning, securing new opportunities, and on-site commercial delivery. His international experience, having worked in both Australia and Europe, brings a unique and informed perspective to his work. As Estimating Manager at ADCO Constructions, Cameron leverages his broad depth of experience to lead high-performing teams and identify optimal project outcomes.



Joel Glover MAIQS
Director, Secretariat

Joel has over 18 years of practical experience working within the construction industry providing cost consulting and dispute resolution services in Australia, UK, and Europe. He is a leading professional in the industry and has been appointed as quantum expert on multiple occasions. He has considerable experience working within and managing larger quantum teams supporting appointed experts. Joel's range of experience covers the construction, civil engineering, mining, oil & gas, transport infrastructure, healthcare, education, telecommunications, and residential projects gained in private and consultancy businesses.



Matthew Lee MAIQS, CQS
Director, Costplan Group

Matthew has worked in the construction industry since 2001. He has expansive experience of both Commercial Management and Private Practice Quantity Surveying. He has extensive experience in a variety of projects across a broad range of sectors across Australia, The South Pacific, United Kingdom and North America. Matthew’s key strengths are contract and cost management, in particular the ability to mitigate conflicts throughout the project process for the best possible outcomes.



We Mild Spaulding MAIQS, CQS
Manager – Training & Quality, Rider Levett Bucknall

We Mild graduated with a QUT medal, has worked in the property and construction industry for over 26 years and co-authored a research paper on Value Management. She has extensive experience in a variety of Quantity Surveying services, over a diverse range and size of projects from all sectors of the industry, throughout Australia and Asia. We Mild’s expertise include cost planning, cost estimating, preparation of bills of quantities and post contract administration. Having been at RLB for over 20 years, she is now the Manager in Training and Quality, providing both technical and career support to staff.
