Mr Isik Bozdag

Isik is the founder and managing director of Quantum QS, bringing experience in the sector dating back to 1990. Under his leadership, the business has grown and evolved to offer a comprehensive suite of professional consulting services, including traditional quantity surveying, construction project development, and management services. Additionally, the scope of services has expanded to encompass facilities, assets, and portfolio property management.

Isik is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS) and a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS). He is also a member of the AIQS Expert Witness Panel, where he compiles Expert Reports and presents expert evidence to various legal bodies, including the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), the Dispute Resolution Centre, the Land and Environment Court of New South Wales, New South Wales District Court and the Supreme Court.

Isik has 30+ years of experience in the property and construction sector, specialising in Cost Planning and Estimating, Bills of Quantities, Subcontract Measurement and Estimating, Contract Administration, Financier's Audit Services (pre-construction and progress claim certification), Tax Depreciation Schedules, Insurance & Asset Replacement Cost Estimates, Capital Works Fund (Sinking Fund Forecasts), Expert Witness and Quantum Reports. His professional memberships and credentials include being a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS), a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS), a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) with credentials as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV). He is also a Registered Tax Agent (QS), holds a NSW Contractor Licence, a registered Building Practitioner in NSW, and holds a Class 1 Agent - Auctioneers Accreditation in Real Estate (NSW).
