I have acted as party representative in Adjudication proceedings and supported the production of expert witness reports for both Adjudications and Arbitrations. In addition I approach my Project Management and Contract Administration duties in a collaborative mind set and have been asked to work on several schemes in distress where project recovery was an issue. I support dispute avoidance through collaboration and approach my work embedding the principles of project management best practice with clear commercial management supporting my client’s goals on their construction projects.
