On 7 December 2022, the Albanese Government obtained royal assent to its Secure Jobs, Better Pay Bill, which amended the Fair Work Act and ushered in the most significant legal reforms in industrial relations in the last 12 years.
The reforms are far-reaching and affect small, medium and large employers alike.
This webinar, presented by employment law expert Adrian Barwick from WilliamsonBarwick, will cover the key changes you need to know about and act upon, including: protections against pay secrecy; new protections against discrimination and sexual harassment; limits on using fixed term contracts; new employee rights to flexible work arrangements; and much more.
