With over 24 years of experience in construction and real estate lending, Royston leads a team of specialists overseeing the company's construction loans, provides critical advisory support, and plays a key role in developing and implementing robust risk assessment and monitoring frameworks for the company.

Before joining MaxCap, Royston was an Associate Director at National Australia Bank, managing construction risk for five years, and has also worked in various roles including Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor, and Project Manager for builders and consultants in Australia and Singapore.
