He has over 25 years of experience in the evaluation of major projects and policy changes impacting construction, mining and resources, agribusiness and infrastructure services.

Kerry provided economic advice in areas including Fiscal Policy, Structural Policy including corporatisation and commercialisation of government owned businesses, Government revenue, loans and investment and Commonwealth-State financial relations.
