Mr. Ajantha is the AIQS International - Region 2 Chapter President.

He is also the nominated UAE representative on the AIQS International - Region 2 Chapter. He is an AIQS APC Chairman/Assessor.

Mr. Bagavad EEswar S MAIQS, CQS
BSc (Hons), Dip, FRICS, MIS, CIPM, MCIArb

Mr. Bagavad is an experienced civil engineer with a profit, contract and commercial background. He holds a bachelor's degree majoring in Quantity Surveying.

He is a seasoned profit management professional with more than 30 years of experience in the fields of construction and real estate. He offers a profit-centric focus to projects, currently practicing cost and contracts management including dispute prevention and procurement assistance to all the verticals of the construction industry.

Mr. Bagavad manages 3EG Group, offering profit advisory on construction and project management across the APAC region.

 

Mr. Dharmendar Pardasani, FAIQS
LLM, MSc, FRICS, FCIArb, MCIOB

 Mr. Dharmendar is the Chairman of the national board of RICS Middle East. An ex-committee member of Asutralian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, UAE Branch.
 
He is a the Contracts Director of Parsons Overseas Limited in Dubai, UAE.
