About the speakers:

Paul McArd FAIQS, CQS, Managing Director, Accura Consulting Paul is a Certified and Chartered Quantity Surveyor with the Australian Insitute of Quantity Surveyors and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors respectively. He is an accredited quantum expert by The Academy of Experts and has extensive experience as a quantum and technical expert working in Australia, SE Asia and the Middle East.

Alex McKellar, Partner, HFW Alex advises on risk allocation, prepares contracts and advises on legal issues arising from all contractual aspects of project delivery. He acts for clients in all aspects of dispute resolution including pre-dispute strategy, informal resolution and formal dispute resolution processes including adjudication, arbitration, expert determination and litigation. His legal passions include the effective management and mitigation of project risk and efficient, cost-effective and proportionate dispute resolution.
