Released bi-annually, they provide a relevant and credible ‘compass’ for the next ten years on upcoming demand for work across all sectors, including major projects, as well as what is happening with construction costs and labour requirements.

 | Dr Daniel Bunting Senior Director, FTI Consulting Daniel is a Senior Director at FTI Consulting, with over 15 years of experience as an economist. He is an experienced economic modeller, analyst and communicator. Daniel has worked extensively in the construction sector, and in building economic models and assessing the impacts on business and government of changing costs and economic conditions. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Daniel has worked extensively in government and consulting, including at the Commonwealth Treasury, NSW Treasury and at the Allen Consulting Group. Daniel has undertaken work for a range of clients in the construction sector, including as lead author of the ACIF Forecasts since 2019, the Australian Sustainable Built Environment Council, the Green Buildings Council of Australia, and the Property Council of Australia. |
