NSW Workshop: Amplify your Impact (postponed)

NSW Workshop: Amplify your Impact (postponed)
Join Alena Bennett as she addresses "Amplify your impact - The mindset and skillset to cut through and deliver with confidence".

The most important single ingredient in the formula of success is knowing how to get along with people.’ – Theodore Roosevelt

We spend so much of our time at work focusing on left brain ‘technical’ tasks and activities because we believe that it’s these skills that will separate us from the rest. Up to a point, that’s true, but during a time where regulatory oversight is heightened, and market activity is tight, technical skills are not what is going to set you apart from your competitors.

It’s actually ‘the other stuff’ - self-awareness and your ability to self-regulate, the way you approach your business relationships, including how you communicate with people and your focus of attention at work - that will set you apart. When you have impact, performance improves at an exponential rate because you are able to cut through the noise, create clarity where there is uncertainty and have the conversation needed to have the impact you want.

These are the topics which are explored in a practical way to allow you to shift your thinking, bring more value to your relationships, and identify and own your X-factor.

  • How to connect with people to create impactful and mutually beneficial relationships that don’t feel fake.
  • How to identify what drives you, what derails you and what demotivates you at work and how to use that information to improve your effectiveness and influence.
  • The 7 steps to engaging with impact.

  • Leaders who want to have more impact and influence in their workplace.
