VIC CPD: Building Efficiency into Construction Projects

VIC CPD: Building Efficiency into Construction Projects
Peter Gibney from AECOM will present how an integrated approach  to construction management can optimise processes and achieve overall cost savings.

Much of this can be achieved through engagement and education of the work force.
With the frequent requirement to construct in operational environment and the increased
focus on Safety and the environment Peter draws on his experience in achieving efficiencies
resulting in reduced waste, improved productivity and a better product delivered by
an aligned team.
