Dubai: Tendering and E-Procurement

Dubai: Tendering and E-Procurement
Join with Mr. Lokitha Karavita in discussion.

The presentation will cover:

The tendering process should adopt and observe the key values of fairness, clarity, simplicity and accountability, as well as establish the concept of distribution of risk to the party best placed to assess and manage it whether you work for Client/Consultants/Developer or the Contractors.

The e-procurement reform is clearly one of the most effective and efficient reforms undertaken in the last decade specially in the UAE. Many employers are switching into the Electronic Tendering/Procurement (e-Procurement) which is the use of electronic tools and system to increase efficiency and reduce costs during each stage of procurement process wherein the complete tendering process; from pre-qualification to receiving and submitting tender-related information are done online.
