Talk to any construction professional, and most can confidently describe what the insights gained from data can do for their projects. In practice, however, not everyone gets it right because they aren't able to ensure that they are getting the most pertinent information from past projects.

For this reason, best practice benchmarking calls for key project information and, functional details and the metrics derived therefrom to be defined in order to provide clear insight into the functional costs and design aspects of each project.

Functional Templates in CostX Benchmark can be tailored for the enhanced accuracy and efficiency of your pre-construction conceptual estimating. Users can utilize custom functional templates to create and derive their own metrics to analyse the functional cost for a wide variety of project types. This functional data can be arranged in user-defined groupings, making them an effective basis for comparison for project managers. Benchmarking and conceptual estimating has never been easier!

In this presentation, learn how you can utilise Functional data and Functional Templates in CostX Benchmark by creating dynamic user-defined cost breakdowns from past projects and detailing them in fully customizable reports so that your data never goes to waste.
