Operating across the Northern Territory, adjacent states, East Timor, and several Asian countries, we work with developers, government departments, architects, engineers, property owners and financial institutions. We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for their busy professional office in Darwin, NT.
Role & Candidate
The full time role involves working on projects within each of the sectors mentioned above. You will work with a team of qualified professionals, so experience with a
PQS consultancy would be an advantage.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years post graduate experience, hold a BSc Quantity Surveying and have worked on a diverse range of commercial Projects.
You may be a member of AIQS or RICS, but this is not a mandatory requirement. You must be a team player and possess well developed interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the various stakeholders involved in a project.
Salary
Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on the experience and capability of the successful candidate.
