Ramesh Palikila is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS) and Certified Quantity Surveyor. Founder and CEO – AIMS, Dubai- UAE. Civil Engineer and Chartered Quantity. Surveyor Senior Contracts and Procurement Management Professional. AIQS Trained Assessor and Chairman of APC professional interviews. AIQS Region 2 Steering Committee member. 

Ramesh has over 24 years of techno-commercial experience in the construction industry in UAE, Malaysia and India. He has been involved with a wide variety of largescale mixed development construction projects. His experience includes implementation of best practice with procurement strategies, contracts management, cost management and effective contract administration.

Ramesh is currently the CEO of a management consultant firm in the Middle East. Further to his hard work and selfless service to Quantity Surveying professionals in Middle East, he has received two international awards from RICS in the categories of “Outstanding Mentor” in MENA region in 2009 and “Best Counselor” in 2011 in Dubai. In November 2013, he received an AIQS  Infinite Value Award in the individual category of “QS Advocacy award”.

Kingsley Devendra is a steem Committe Member of  Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) UAE Branch. He is a trained APC Assessor for AIQS and RICS. 

Kingsley is currently working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Al Safa General Contracting in Dubai, UAE.
