ABOUT THE SPEAKER
| Mr. Seth W.W. Leong BSc (Hons) FRICS MAQS CQS Seth is the Managing Director of Mentabuild (formerly Arcadis Thailand), a market leading consultancy for Construction Cost & Commercial Management (Quantity Surveying), Project & Construction Management and Environmental Advisory Services in Thailand. He has an accomplished international track record of projects in Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Middle East and the United Kingdom. Seth is a professionally qualified and accredited quantity surveyor with designations including being a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS), a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) and a BSC (Hons) in Quantity Surveying at the University of Reading, UK. He has also previously served as Chairman for the RICS ASEAN QS & Construction Professional Group Board. |
