Having graduated with a Degree in Quantity Surveying (UK), Luay possess over 21 years of experience in the field of Quantity Surveying/Cost Management and Client relations in the UK, Middle East & Gulf Region. Luay is a Fellow member of the AIQS and RICS institutes and is actively involved in chairing various types of Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) interviews. |
