Chamil Rajapakse is a Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS) and Certified Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years industry experience in precontract and post-contract aspects at international level specialising in the aviation and building services sectors. He is an AIQS Trained Assessor and Chairman of APC professional interviews. 

Chamil is conversant with building and civil engineering standard forms of contract and proficient with international standard methods of measurement. Hands on experience in handling all types of construction contract claims and dispute resolution procedures. Receiving accolades such as ‘The RICS Education Prize’ and ‘Prof. HPS Caldera Memorial Award’, Chamil is a professional who continually strives for excellence in his professional career.
