Mr.Lokitha Karavita is a Steering Committee Member of The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors UAE Branch. He is an AIQS APC Chairman/Assessor. 

He is a Contracts Engineer with over 30 years of experience in pre-and post contact aspects. He also specialises in transmission and distribution of power and water projects, oil and gas projects, airports and building services sectors at international level. Mr. Lokitha is conversant with contract documentation & procurement and e-tendering process.

Mr. Dhammika is the former director of The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and Chapter Councillor for Region 2. He is also the chairman of Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, UAE Region.                                

He is a certified examiner trainer / APC assessor of The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, Institution of Incorporated Engineers - Sri Lanka, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Mr. Dhammika is currently the director of Contracts and Procurement at National Investment Corporation Abu Dhabi in UAE. 

Mr. Dharmendar Pardasini, FAIQS
LLM, MSc, FRICS, FCIArb, MCIOB

Mr. Dharmendar is a member of the national board of RICS Middle East. An ex-committee member of The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, UAE Branch.                                                                                                                                                                                     

He is the Contracts and Commercial Director of Parsons Overseas Limited in Dubai, UAE.
