A Dozen Ways of Rates and Prices Becoming Inapplicable
ABOUT THE TOPIC
Quite often Quantity Surveyors have to deal with the question of whether or not a rate or price set out in the Contract is applicable or appropriate to value a variation. Provisions in the Standard Forms of Contract are not descriptive enough to find the right answer. This CPD event provides an analysis on the right course of action for Quantity Surveyors to adopt, in order to deal with this issue competently.
